A drawing (STEP, DWG or PDF) or a physical sample, plus dimensions, static and dynamic load, sliding speed or oscillation angle, operating temperature, shaft material and hardness, the working environment, and your required quantity. The more operating data you provide, the more accurate the alloy and lubrication recommendation will be.

We accept prototype and small-batch orders as well as production volumes. Minimum order quantity depends on the size and the manufacturing route, so tell us your prototype quantity and your estimated annual volume and we will confirm the workable minimum for your part.

Quotations are normally returned within one business day after we receive complete drawings and specifications. Production lead time depends on quantity, alloy and machining complexity, and the confirmed schedule is stated on every quotation.

We work with cast and wrought bronze families including high tensile brasses such as CuZn25Al5Mn4Fe3 and C86300, tin bronzes such as CuSn12 and C93200, leaded gunmetal, aluminium bronze and phosphor bronze. Alloys are selected against your load, temperature and corrosion requirements.
